I bought Premium but it is not active

If Premium is not active after checkout, check the server you bought it for and allow a few minutes for activation. Premium applies to that server, so another server you manage can still be on the free plan.
On the website
- Open the Premium page and press Login with Discord if needed.
- Choose the server you paid for in the server picker.
- Check whether it shows Premium or Free plan. If you still have the checkout success page open, compare the server shown there too.
What success looks like
An active server shows Premium in the picker and ✓ Already Premium · Manage in place of the checkout button. The checkout success page can show PREMIUM · ACTIVE when it can confirm that server's status.
You are looking at a different server
Check: Compare the server selected on the Premium page with the server named on your checkout success page. Birthday Bot Premium explains how server selection works.
Fix: Select the server you paid for and open its dashboard. If you intended to buy for a different server, contact support before starting another purchase.
Activation is still being processed
Check: On the checkout success page, PREMIUM · ACTIVATING means the server has not been reported as active yet. A generic PREMIUM label on that page is not confirmation that a particular server is active.
Fix: Activation usually takes about a minute. Open the Premium page again and check the correct server. Do not start another checkout just because activation is pending. If it still shows the free plan, contact support below.
Checkout did not finish
Check: If you only opened checkout, return to that PayPal tab and check whether you completed it. Opening the checkout link alone is not activation.
Fix: Complete the existing checkout if it is still awaiting your approval. If PayPal shows you paid but Birthday Bot still does not activate after a few minutes, contact support instead of paying again.
I need help or want to move Premium
Use the Birthday Bot support server for an activation problem or to ask about moving a subscription. Include the server you paid for and your Subscription ID; the checkout success page shows it when available, or links to PayPal under Subscription ID.
